So convenient to walk to the beautiful library, to the shops downtown, to a hike around Tubbs Hill, to dinner at the resort! Bike trails are also close by, and biking by NIC campus out to Riverstone area is a fun excursion, as is a longer ride to Higgins Point. For a day trip, the Hiawatha Trail just over the Montana border offers a fun bike adventure. Be sure to reward yourself afterwards with a good dinner at one of the many excellent local restaurants. It is quite easy to take kayaks down to the lake and enjoy a sunny paddle along the lakeshore. Summer offers a wealth of activites, from art fairs to concerts in City Park, all within walking distance. And be sure to try the local Farmers' Markets, featuring fresh produce, homemade goodies, and guest musicians. The townhome itself. With a beautifully epoxied floor, custom cabinetry and lots of storage for outdoor toys, the garage is a great space. Another bonus is the private parking behind the garage, which is wonderful for accommodating guests, or possibly a boat. The yard. The small private yard is just the right size, with an area to sit and enjoy the outdoor breezes rustling the trees, a garden with delicious raspberries, and raised beds with herbs and currant bushes. The back terrace along the fence is home to tasty blackberries. With a dog door from the garage to the yard, canine guests are also quite content.
